How to Make Corn Suam

Soup is always my family's favorite. It is warm in the tummy and calms you in a bad day. Let me share to you the Corn Suam I love the most!


Ingredients you'll need:

5 white corn

1/4 kilo tenderloin

1/4 kilo shrimp

Bitter gourd leaves

4 cloves of garlic

2 red onions

2 tablespoon oil

1 tablespoon pepper

2 tablespoon fish sauce


Process:

1. Sautee your onions.

2. Once the onions are translucent add your garlic and make it sweat with the oil.

3. Sauteed the pork with the mixture of onion and garlic.

4. Add pepper and mix them altogether.

5. Pour in your fish sauce and mix them together.

6. Let the fish sauce cook for 2 minutes.

7. Add the corn.

8. Add 4 glasses of water and cover for 20 minutes at medium low heat.

9. After 20 minutes add the shrimp and bitter gourd leaves.

10. Cook for another 2 minutes.

11. Srir and serve while hot to enjoy the slurp of this cozy corn soup.
