There's nothing more cozy than a warm soup!
Some may say it's hard to make a time in making one, but here's the good new, this creamy pumpkin soup is quick and easy! See below the ingredients:
Sliced pumpkin into cube
1 diced onion
3 cloves of diced garlic
2 pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1/2 cup of non-fat milk or full cream milk may also do.
Moringa leaves (malunggay)
Materials needed:
Soup pot
Blender
The procedure are:
1. Place all the ingredients in one soup pot aside from milk.
2. Place them on heat and bring to boil for 6 minutes or until the pumpkin is soft.
3. Once the pumpkin is soft, you may turn of the stove and transfer the ingredients in a blender.
4. Once transferred, you may now start to blend it into pureé.
5. Once pureéd, on bring back the mixture into your pot, and once again bring it into boil.
6. After 3 minutes of boiling, add your 1/2 cup of milk and let it boil into low heat. Stir the mixture while boiling to avoid it burning.
7. While stirring your soup, you may add your moringga leaves so it's nutty flavor will be added to your soup's taste.
8. After 3 minutes of boiling, your soup is ready to be served!
