From our S1:EP1 Body Changes and Insecurities Pau Quitzon Shared:

"Don't expect others to love you without loving yourself first. It should start within yourself first. You need to love yourself first more than others."

Pau, explicitly expressed how a chronically ill patient should prioritized herself/himself. That is why learning to love yourself, prioritizing yourself, and appreciating all the little things that you have is essential.

Keep loving yourself lovely spoonies! Do you have any experience to share that is similar to Pau? If you haven't seen our episode, it is available here
